Shipping Details & Tracking Help

  • Delivery Policy: We have a simple delivery guarantee. If your item doesn't arrive or is damaged in transit, we step in to make it right. 

  • Headquarters: We are located in Melbourne, VIC where we warehouse most of our cookware inventory. These Cookware goods are handled in 1-2 business days and are delivered within 5-10 business days. 

  • Overseas Shipping Partners: Due to the recent demand for our items, some of our Knives, Bakeware, Art Prints and other goods are shipped direct from our overseas partners and may take longer than 10 working days. In these cases, delivery usually takes 10 - 16 working days. Due to varying postage times, we cannot give guarantees on the delivery time for any item.
  • Express Shipping: Faster handling and express shipping is now available for some of our items. Please click here to see the list of items that can ship fast. (Perfect for a last minute gift)

  • Last Minute Purchases: If your order is time sensitive (e.g. it is a gift), please contact us before you purchase and we can give you a delivery estimate on your specific item based on most recent shipping speeds. We have express shipping available for these items.
